2022 has been another successful year for Taopix, with life for the most part picking up again after major disruptions through Covid-19. We’ve been all over the globe this year, meeting new and familiar faces in a wide range of industries and making valuable connections with new businesses.
As our company has grown, our never-ending web of contacts and friends has reached further across the globe with thanks to attending such a variety of industry events. From Dscoop in the Rockies, Gulf Print in Dubai, right back around to White Label Expo in London, 2022 has been a fantastic year for Taopix travel. We think you’ll agree, that’s quite the number of air-miles! Such travel has allowed for us to foster relationships across the continents and to provide our usual high standard of customer care in numerous languages, thanks to our multi-lingual team.
Although a great opportunity for our team to get a whistle-stop tour of a different country, travel offers Taopix an incredible outreach opportunity to meet customers and prospects across the world. Having attended 16 trade shows in 2022 alone and visiting countless prospects, Taopix have again acquired an impressive cohort of customers to add to the hundreds of businesses already utilising our leading photo personalisation software to create bespoke products.
Back at Taopix HQ, there’s been some incredible work continuing behind the scenes. Our biggest software update of the year was released in July which spelled success for the team and our customers. With several new features allowing businesses to streamline productivity and increase single transaction revenue, the new release gifted the freedom of increased flexibility for our customers. Reception of the new releases were, as expected, very positive thanks to providing some exciting new avenues for customers to offer upsells, encourage project completion, and facilitate automation saving manual intervention. Completion of our latest release has maintained positive morale across HQ and the wider Taopix team with yet another tangible success under their belts.
Alongside new releases, customers have benefitted from 8 new waves of downloadable assets to further expand their product range. From a new range of Diwali greetings cards to cute Halloween scrapbook items, Taopix are keeping their complimentary product files fresh. Our design team regularly produce high quality offerings for our customers to boost their portfolio, and 2022 has been no exception to this.
The Taopix team have driven forward throughout 2022, with continued growth of the R&D and Support teams, in a direction which prepares for a healthy run into 2023. Our working environment upholds positivity, respect and as much fun as ever. With the team clubbing together in April to amass an incredible 236kg of donations for our nearest Trussell Trust foodbank, Taopix has sought to positively embed themselves in the community which they call home. Alongside the generous donation of necessities such as dry food, baby supplies and hygiene items, Taopix have raised further cash donations for the Trussell Trust and for our annual Save The Children Christmas Jumper Day. Such generosity amongst our team, when times are noticeably more difficult for many, speaks volumes for the caring and thoughtful ethos we maintain in-house.
As we wind down for our Christmas office closure, Commercial director for Taopix, Michael Carey, adds “I would like to wish all our customers, partners and friends a safe, healthy and wonderful Holiday Season!
This year has come and passed in the blink of an eye. It’s been a privilege to see so many of you in person again after so long apart; hearing your stories, thoughts and exciting plans makes all the difference for us. We know challenges still lie ahead for many, but we are in this together and the team behind the scenes are working hard to deliver the most important release in our history.”

Our HQ will return after their festive break on the 3rd January 2023, ready for yet another year of growth and success in industry leading photo personalisation software.
