Message from the CEO
“During the pandemic, where many businesses were seeing a decline; or in some instances a complete standstill of revenue, the photo personalisation industry has seen growth that has surpassed black Friday figures. Although we don’t have anything but our statistics to work from, we believe that consumer behaviour has changed during lockdown due to not being able to physically see friends and family. It stands to reason that as a comfort, many were creating their photo gifts to feel closer to their loved ones. It also became apparent to many print service providers during this time that without e-commerce or some form of online ordering, their businesses would not be able to sustain itself whilst physical stores are closed. Taopix have been chosen by a number of premium brands across the world during this time, a testament to their trust in our platform.” – James Gray, CEO.
