How it works for your business

Taopix Control Centre is designed specifically to allow you to control, customise and manage your photo gift business platform offering, with no interference from us! (Though if you want us to interfere, we have a lovely Training and Support Team who can help!)

  • Personalise onscreen advertising panels* displayed within the designer applications and shopping cart. 
  • Brand and personalise automated customer emails confirming payment, receipt, order delivery etc.
  • Manage staff user admin levels
  • Manage and view customer accounts. And export customer data via .xml.
  • Customise currencies, regions and set up payment gateway integrations on a per brand basis. 
  • Offer a range of photo products, from photobooks to calendars, from personalised iPhone covers to greetings cards across a range of devices.
  • Use our powerful pricing engine - set pricing options across products, product ranges, product components and add-ons, tax and shipping.
  • Configure advanced Taopix Enterprise features such as Multi-Site Production options.* 
  • Customise shopping cart components on a per product level.
  • Clear advertising / signpost options - upload  and use your own promo designs.
  • Multi-currency and multi-language options.*
  • Granular taxing options - add different taxes per product and per country.
  • Delivery and shipping options - set up different pricing and timings per country.
  • Set up integration with a choice of 50+ 'out-of-the-box' payment gateways.
  • Manage multiple payment options including credit and debit cards, PayPal, gift cards, vouchers and pay later.
  • Collect from Store or Order Offline* services are also supported.
  • Create and manage voucher/promo codes, including coupons and social voucher platforms i.e. Group On, Living
  • Gift cards and account managements: offer gift cards unique to your platform and track customer balances.

Set up and manage single or multiple brands!

Manage multiple branding options. With Taopix Product Management Platform you can: 

  • Set up and create one brand and customise the platform according.
  • Set up and offer multiple brands - sell to several different channels and partnering with existing brands!

With Taopix you’re assigned a unique and secure software license key. This allows you to set up and manage multiple brands within the Product Management platform to sell photo gifts across different platforms, with different partners as well as allowing you to send production files securely.
